number of people and are inclusive of VAT , taxes and consumption expenditure.
Bath towels , kitchen and sleeping not provided.
| Rules:Reservation: is binding upon receipt of a deposit of 30% of the total. In case of cancellation the deposit is withheld in full.Arrivals and departures: arrivals on Saturday unless otherwise approved. The entrance is not expected before the hour 13:30. At the end of stay, over the keys must be paid, in Directorate, within hours 9:00 Saturday Departure.
Security: € 100,00 Balance: balance must be paid by the customer on the day of’ joining the’ unit. In case of early departure due to the accommodation will not be refunded any money. Facilities: The units are furnished ( wardrobes, beds, tables, chairs, etc...) crockery ( dishes, glasses, cups, cups,pots, Cutlery, flour,). OPTIONAL EXPENSES : Dry Linen : Use washing machine outdoors : € 3,00 washing. Final Cleaning : Euro 30,00 the two-room , Euro 40,00 trilocale to be paid locally , however, the kitchen is left clean. |
